Choosing an Actor

Choosing an actor to portray your character can be difficult but is a practice that's become increasingly common across text-based roleplaying games over the years — it becomes even more difficult when they character you're trying to exist in a fantasy setting. You may find good pictures to put on your character page, but their clothes might not be thematic, causing people to raise their eyebrows when they see your soldier in a dress shirt, polished leather shoes and designer jeans.

To help out, staff has put together the following list of actors and actresses who have appeared in thematic films, television shows or miniseries. You are by no means required to choose from this list — it's only a resource for those who might want or need a nudge in the right direction.
